Mixing vinegar and baking soda is completely pointless. They neutralize each other. If you want to put baking soda on scalp just mix with water. I personally just use diluted vinegar as a final rinse followed by a conditioner to restore oils washed away by vinegar. This is too strong. Dilute more than she does.
